Function
Propitocaine Hydrochloride Powder 1786-81-8 Transdermal administration:
(1) minor surgery (such as needle puncture and surgical treatment of local injury):
① cream: apply a thick layer of cream on the skin surface, covered with a sealed dressing, about 1.5g per 10cm2, and keep it for 1-5h (the longest is 5h, and the anesthetic effect will be reduced after prolonging the time).
② Patch: apply the patch to the selected skin surface for at least 1 hour.
(2) Large area skin surgery (such as stratified skin grafting): apply 1.5-2g cream every 10cm2, and keep it for 2-5h after application (the longest time is 5h, and the anesthetic effect will be reduced after prolonging the time).
(3) For adult genital mucosa: surgical treatment of local injury (such as genital warts resection), apply cream 5-10 g, do not need to cover with sealed film, 5-10 minutes after surgery.
(4) For adult leg ulcer debridement: apply a thick layer of cream on the ulcer, 1-2g per 10cm2, at most 10g. The application time should be at least 30min (60min is better), and the operation can be started immediately after the cream is removed.
