1. What is Lanolin?

Preparation of crude lanolin product using wool washing sewage as raw material. The wool washing sewage is added with aluminum chloride to obtain the rotten mud containing lanolin. Take 600kg of sludge, add 480kg of benzene, stir while adding, heat at 56 ℃ for 1h, stop stirring, precipitate for 1h, dissolve 6% - 40% lanolin in the clarified benzene solution, transfer it into the distillation tower, heat and distill until the lanolin content reaches 34%, cool to below 40 ℃, and discharge it to obtain crude lanolin. Wool washing sewage [AlCl3] → sludge [benzene, 30 ℃] → preparation of crude lanolin to neutralize benzene grease. Take 2100kg of crude lanolin and put it into a reaction pan, heat it to 50 ℃, then add about 50% (g/g) hot sulfuric acid solution to the crude lanolin, stir it for 45min, precipitate for half an hour, and then release the lower leg. Add light ethanol to the benzene grease layer, add water, heat it for 60 ℃, stir it for half an hour, precipitate for half an hour, and then release the lower leg to obtain acid to treat benzene grease. Take the acid treated benzene grease and add 180kg ethanol, gradually add about 70kg of 300g/L sodium hydroxide solution, adjust pH9, add 180kg of water to the Chemicalbook, keep the temperature at 60 ℃, keep stirring from adding ethanol to the end of adding water, continue to stir for 10min, stand still, precipitate for 1h, release the lower leg, add light ethyl alcohol to the benzene grease layer, stir, precipitate for 1h, release the lower leg, and neutralize the benzene grease. Crude lanolin [sulfuric acid, water] → [light ethanol] acid treatment of benzene grease [60 ℃, ethanol] → [NaOH, H2O] preparation of neutralized benzene fat medicinal lanolin finished product Take neutralized benzene grease, add 3.8% hydrogen peroxide 24kg, stir, keep temperature at 60 ℃, precipitate for 35min, release the foot, keep pH 8-9, add light ethanol, precipitate for 2h, release the foot, and obtain refined benzene grease. Distill, vacuum evaporate the liquid at 110 ℃ until it can not be evaporated, cool it to 60 ℃, add ethanol, stir, precipitate for 1h, separate the lower layer of lanolin, add ethanol, heat and stir for 10min, discard the ethanol, evaporate the ethanol under reduced pressure, filter with spun silk cloth, and obtain the finished medicinal lanolin. Neutralize benzene grease [H2O2, ethanol, 60 ℃] → Refine benzene grease [ethanol, 110 ℃] → Finished lanolin.
3. Purpose
