This product is an alkaloid extracted from Cephalotaxus or its congeners in Cephalotaxus family. Can inhibit DNA polymerase α The activity of and the synthesis of nuclear protein lead to the disorder of DNA synthesis. It is a cell cycle nonspecific drug, which has a strong killing effect on S-phase cells and has a certain effect on G0 phase cells. It can inhibit a variety of tumors and has no cross resistance with alkylating agents and purines.
